Eine weitere Plantation-Melodie, diesmal aus der Feder von Stephen C. Foster. Das bekannteste Lied von Stephen C. Foster ist wohl „Oh Susanna” und „Camptown Race”. Die Songs Fosters zeichneten sich durch Nonsens-Texte aus, die ausschließlich der Unterhaltung eines hauptsächlich weißen Publikums dienten.
